One of the most popular dishes is our tuna steak. The steak is served on a pillow of fried pak choi, which adds a delicate note of bitterness to the dish. The tuna is perfectly complemented by fried rice with black beans and chorizo, which brings a wealth of flavors and textures to the entire dish. Our special additions don’t end here. We add pieces of habanero pepper to the rice, which give the dish a subtle fiery kick. Finally, pour the citrus sauce in the form of foam over the steak. This slightly sour sauce contrasts perfectly with sweet and spicy rice and delicately baked tuna. In our restaurant in Szczecin, each dish is prepared with attention to detail.
